Glendon bed and breakfast is a fantastic spot! The delicious homemade scones with jam are a treat upon arrival. The guesthouse is so clean, and the location is perfect, right by the hill. Adrian's breakfasts are out of this world, and the table service is great!

The place was nicely renovated and quiet, it worked for me. The setting was incredible and good, really close to the park and restaurants, the main shopping areas, and Derbyshire and the Peak District. Stopped by Cafe in the Park to get some coffee and treats, it's next to the venue, recommend...

Absolutely loved the home-baked treats upon arrival and clean, comfy rooms. Only drawback was the limited parking space.

The highs and the lows
The warm welcome with tea and homemade cake was good, and the four-poster bed offered a comfy night's sleep. Breakfast with local oats was excellent!
The sitting area could feel cramped during busier times,, and having additional parking options would have been appreciated.

Really good stay with thoughtful details
Our experience was amazing from start to finish. We loved the homemade cake and tea upon arrival, a good touch. The room was beautifully decorated and furnished, with a comfy king-size bed and a well-equipped fridge with fresh milk and snacks. The breakfast was excellent, with a varied menu including blueberry pancakes that were pure indulgence. One suggestion would be to consider some additional parking space, as it could be tight during busy times.

The Monsal Trail is a must-visit, offering fine views and a great day out for the family. Our beautiful room was cozy and well-equipped, perfect for our stay. The breakfasts were very nice, far beyond what we've had even in top hotels.
My kids wished for more entertainment options for downtime.
